Shipping policy

Shipping Turn around times vary. It may take up to 3 weeks* to make, ship and receive your order. You will be notified of shipment via email when it ships and can track it from there. If you have questions about the status of your order please email me at Lilacandpoly@gmail.com. 

*During Peak Season October-November It may take up to 3 weeks from the time you order to the time you receive your Order. During off peak season, turnaround time will be much shorter. I make and ship the ornaments in the order that I receive them!
